We have owned, managed, and developed office buildings, retail centers, and industrial complexes, elevating us to a unique position of understanding the operational needs, costs, planning, and total development overview of commercial investments. We can perform as a General Contractor or Construction Manager for new ground up construction, renovation of existing buildings, tenant buildouts and improvements, capital improvements, or reconstruction due to catastrophic loss or construction defects.
We are also licensed and certified to provide environmental remediation of properties damaged by water, mold, wind, fire, or smoke. We hold Florida state licensing and National certifications in over fifteen building sciences disciplines from General Contractor to Indoor Environmental Remediation, Water Intrusion Evaluation of commercial or residential buildings, and we are a United States Environmental Protection Agency certified firm. No contractor provides the extensive base of experience and knowledge in the inter-related disciplines of construction and management as does our company.
